Cardiac MRI - Level 1 - Course

This two-day course is an introduction into the world of magnetic resonance imaging. In covers the content necessary to obtain Level 1 certification for MRI. Theoretical lectures are accompanied by practical hands-on sessions with work stations.

Course Overview:

- 2 days CMR course directed towards EACVI/EuroCMR level I certification
- Teaching delivered by experienced CMR cardiologists and radiologists
- Lectures covering essential topics of basic CMR physics, MR safety, basic CMR protocols for common cardiac conditions.
- Covering various aspects including cardiomyopathy, perfusion, viability, valvular heart disease and congenital heart disease
- Case demonstrations
- Hands on training on advanced workstations.
- At the end of the course, attendees will have an understanding of CMR indication, CMR image interpretation and CMR reporting
